MOSES AND JOHN

What you are about to read is the Author’s Note for my upcoming book: THE PROPHET MOSES AND THE APOSTLE JOHN.

AUTHOR’S NOTE

God set the plan of salvation in motion with his revelation to Moses, and he revealed the fulfillment of that salvation in his revelation to John (in the Book of Revelation). Moses (the first writer of the Bible) is in agreement with John (the last writer of the Bible), and every prophet and apostle is in agreement with them. Through Moses and John, God revealed the divine harmony of divine revelation: the Old and New Testaments both provide an unmistakable chronology of end-time events and both speak of future salvation found in those events.

This divine harmony between the Old and New Testaments cannot be broken. Frequently, Christ and his apostles quoted Old Testament prophets to demonstrate the fulfillment of prophecy and, in addition, what shall be fulfilled in the future.

There is one author, God, who gave us sixty-six books in the Bible. The Creator speaks with one voice, but with different perspectives on identical subjects. Consider Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Why four Gospels? They speak to the same subject, only with different perspectives so as to paint the fullness of the whole picture. God designed the whole Bible this way: different writers speaking to identical subjects providing unique pieces of the divine puzzle.

During his first coming to the Holy Land, Christ heralded the good news of the New Covenant, but it wasn’t until after his ascension that he revealed pieces of the puzzle (mysteries) hidden within the Old Testament. Together, Christ’s revelation from the Holy land and his revelation from Heaven—given to the apostles—complete the picture that began with Moses.

Thus, the reader will see how the prophets and apostles are in agreement regarding the first and second coming of Christ, and how Heaven spoke with one voice through two witnesses: Moses and John. In essence, it is the past, present, and future from a biblical perspective.

This book is meant to be a comprehensive presentation of Old and New Testament prophecy as it relates to the first and second coming of Christ. There will be a limited production run of about 250 books. If you are interested in a copy, write me by clicking on “Write the Author” or by mail:
